DATA SOURCE ATTRIBUTION NOTICE
The VERGO Platform integrates data from third parties and documents provided by Users. Use of the reports is subject, in addition to VERGO's Terms and Conditions, to the licensing conditions of the source right holders.
1. Cadastral data — ANCPI
1.1. Method of access used
VERGO obtains land identification information through two channels, neither of which involves access to restricted databases:
a) documents provided by the User — land book extracts (extrase de carte funciară), plans, graphic boundary delineations, uploaded by the holder entitled to transmit them; b) ad hoc consultation of the public portal made available by the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI), within the limits of normal use of a public service.
1.2. Attribution notice
Displayed in every report that uses information originating from ANCPI sources:
Data produced by ANCPI — www.geoportal.gov.ro
1.3. Conditions assumed by VERGO
- VERGO assumes full responsibility for how the information is used and for the results derived from it;
- VERGO does not suggest the existence of an official status, an institutional relationship, an approval, or a partnership with ANCPI;
- re-utilisation does not distort the original meaning of the information.
1.4. Documents provided by Users
Land book extracts and other official documents are not protected by copyright, being official acts. VERGO processes them solely on the basis of the User's mandate, with automatic removal of personal identifiers and without retaining the original file.
2. OpenStreetMap
Attribution notice:
© OpenStreetMap contributors — available under the Open Database License (ODbL)
Share-alike clause — mandatory architectural measures: The ODbL requires that any derivative database distributed publicly be licensed under the same licence. The generated reports generally constitute derived products (produced works), distributable under simple attribution.
- OSM layers are kept separate from VERGO's proprietary database;
- the database resulting from the processing of OSM data is not distributed to, or made available to, third parties;
- the separation is technically documented, so that it can be demonstrated.
3. National Power Grid (SEN) and generation projects
VERGO's own processing based on public data, dataset version: 30.06.2023
VERGO is not affiliated with grid operators or regulatory authorities. Information on connection capacities is indicative and changes frequently.
4. Administrative-territorial boundaries
